Snap’s Chief Business Officer, Jeremi Gorman, departs to lead ads at Netflix. YCombinator announced they have hired new CEO & President Garry Tan. Meta’s Vice President of Horizon, their metaverse based social platform, has left to pursue unrelated career opportunities.

Peek, a marketplace that lets travelers and locals book activities while on vacation, recently hired Serge Doubinski as Head of Marketplace. Doubinski joins from Upwork, a freelancer marketplace, where he was the VP of Growth

Life360, a mobile app that hopes to bring families closer using smart tools designed to connect and protect family members, recently hired James Selby as SVP, Product and GM of Membership. Selby joins from Tile, a location hardware technology, following its acquisition by Life360.

Cyber Security

Vanta, a software that automates security monitoring and helps companies prepare for upcoming security audits, hired Stephen Thomas as VP of Sales. Thomas joins from IT risk management company, Reciprocity, where he served as SVP of Sales.

E-commerce

Grover, a marketplace that allows consumers to rent tech products on a month to month basis, hired Tom Olk as VP of Risk in the US. Olk joins from Fintech company, Zip, where he served as Head of Fraud & Identity.

Divido,a global consumer lending platform for financial institutions and multinational retailers, hired Helen Aboagye as Chief Marketing Officer. Aboagye joins from enterprise video platform, Imagen, where she held the same title.

EdTech

Multiverse, an edtech company aimed at providing an alternative to the traditional college route, has hired Ryan Offord as Director of Data Engineering and Infrastructure. Offord joins from a UK-based travel agency called On The Beach where he was the Head of Data Engineering & Platform.

FinTech

Revolut, an app-based financial services company, hired Raymond Tien See Ng as its CEO of Singapore. Tien See Ng has decades of experience and has held leadership roles at multinational financial institutions such as Mastercard and Visa.

Health Tech

TurningPoint Healthcare, a solutions based health plan company looking to improve the safety, quality and value of their member’s care, has hired Brian Smith as SVP, Operations. Smith joins from medical billing software company Avea Solutions where he served as COO.

Ritual, a D2C health brand focused on providing transparency to its customers around what they are putting in their bodies and why, has promoted Michael Houston to VP, Package Engineering & Sustainability. He was previously a Senior Director on the same team.

Logistics Tech

Flexport, a full-service global freight forwarder that uses modern software, has hired a Co-CEO in Dave Clark. Clark was previously the CEO of Amazon’s Worldwide Consumer business.

Workplace Tech

Figma, a developer tool that allows products to be built and designed collaboratively, has hired Denise Bee as VP and Head of Tax. Bee was previously the Head of Tax at Slack when it was acquired by Salesforce.

Druid AI,a no-code platform that lets companies build and deploy chatbots instantly, hired Roelof Stofberg as SVP and Managing Director, EMEA. Stofberg was previously the VP of Customer Strategy at Robotics company UiPath.
