Carrie Kleppe

Carrie Kleppe has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked at companies like 3M, Boston Scientific, and IBM. Within 3M, Carrie currently holds the position of Vice President for the Health Care Business Group, where Carrie leads a global HR team to deliver human capital solutions aligned with organizational goals. Prior to that, Carrie has held various roles such as Human Resources Director for the Finance department, HR Organization Design & Effectiveness Senior Manager, and Human Resources Senior Manager for the Infection Prevention Division. Carrie's education background includes a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
