Adam Farrugia

Adam Farrugia is currently appointed as the Head of People & Culture at 99designs, starting from April 2021. Previously, Adam held various roles at Xero from January 2014 to April 2021, including People Experience Business Partner and People Experience Manager. Prior to Xero, Adam worked as an HR Co-ordinator at Southern Cross Education Institute and as a Consultive Recruiter at Consultive Pty Ltd. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Holmesglen.
