Matthew Gill

Matthew Gill is currently the Director of Culture and Belonging at Allbirds, where Matthew leads the global organizational DEIB strategy. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Charles Schwab as a Senior Manager in Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, focusing on integrating equality across the entire employee life cycle. Matthew has a background in education, having worked as an Instructor and Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University, as well as a Community Director at Brown University. Matthew holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, and Philosophy from Keene State College.
