Kirsty Gill

Kirsty Gill is a Chief People Officer at Arm since May 2009. Kirsty also holds the titles of EVP, VP Reward and OE, VP Corporate HR Services, Director of Global HR Service, and Director of HR Europe within the same company. With previous experience as a Human Resources Director at GF-X from 1999 to 2002 and various roles at Accenture from 1995 to 1999. Kirsty is also a Board Member at Cambridge Ahead since February 2021. Kirsty holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
