Spencer Collins

Spencer Collins is currently the EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Arm. Prior to this, Spencer served as the Managing Partner and General Counsel at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where they also held the position of Partner on the Investment Team. With a background in tech M&A and investment law, Spencer has gained experience at various prestigious firms such as White & Case LLP, Olswang (Now CMS), Allen & Overy, and Fenwick & West. They have also served as a board director at AUTO1 Group and held various legal counsel positions in investment firms.
