Gianluca Camplone

Gianluca Camplone is currently serving as the COO Parts and EVP Mobility, Business Strategy and Development at AutoNation Inc. Gianluca previously held the position of Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company for over two decades. Prior to their consulting career, Gianluca co-founded Intek Associates, focusing on real estate operations management. Gianluca also served as a Lieutenant in the Engineering unit of the Italian Army. Gianluca holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bologna, as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure from the same institution.
