Helen Browne

Helen Browne currently serves as the Group General Counsel at AXA since September 2016. Prior to this, Browne held various positions at AXA from 2001 to 2016, including Deputy General Counsel and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Browne also worked at Linklaters in Paris, Brussels, and London from 1990 to 1997 as Of Counsel. Browne has pursued education at Université Grenoble Alpes, College of Law in Chester, and University of Kent.
