Domingo Armengol

Domingo Armengol Calvo is the Corporate Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors at BBVA, where Domingo serves as the Secretary and Legal Counsel of the Board of Directors, Board's Committees, and General Shareholders Meetings. Calvo also holds the position of General Secretary of BBVA Group. Prior to their current role, Domingo has held various legal positions at Corporacion Bancaria de España, S.A. (ARGENTARIA), Iberia, Iberswiss Catering, S.A., and Edmonds, Bowen & Co. Calvo obtained a Law Degree from Universidad de Zaragoza and has furthered their education in corporate governance and board management programs at INSEAD and IESE Business School.
