Andrew Friedman

An Emmy-winning TV news veteran, Andrew Friedman leads the firm’s Legal Affairs and Crisis Communications practice. He works closely with Sandy Hook families in their legal efforts against Remington and Alex Jones, directs media strategy for a sexual harassment and discrimination case against one of the world’s largest jewelers, and has guided a leading consumer electronics company through a global recall. Before joining the firm, Andrew was the deputy communications director for the New York State Attorney General and before that spent 15 years in broadcast journalism at CBS, NBC and Fox. He brings unusually sharp insight into the inner workings of any newsroom and a unique ability to work collaboratively with journalists to clients’ benefit.
