Howard Rankin

Howard Rankin, JD has extensive experience in employee and labor relations, HR strategy, and HR business partnering. Howard has held various leadership roles at companies such as Best Buy and Target, where Howard successfully implemented employee relations strategies, conducted ER investigations, and provided legal advice on labor and employment laws. With a law degree from DePaul University and a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University, Howard has a strong background in HR leadership and multi-site HR management. At Frank's Nursery & Crafts, Inc., Howard served as Corporate Counsel before moving on to their current roles in the HR field.
