The current leadership team at CarMax has a wide range of experience in different industries. Many members have experience working in retail stores, such as Bed Bath & Beyond and Sportmart Inc., while others come from more creative backgrounds, such as Ralph Lauren and Alton Lane. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from institutions such as Emory University, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Virginia.
