Doug McKay has held various engineering and management positions in reputable companies such as ClassPass, Advanced Microgrid Solutions, Charles Schwab, GridSense Inc., Schwab Performance Technologies, Carolina Capital Advisors, and Postalsoft. Doug has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise in software and hardware engineering projects. Doug has managed small teams, directed development, built enterprise platforms from the ground up, and provided technical oversight. With a hands-on approach, Doug has successfully negotiated and planned features, expanded engineering efforts, defined technical direction, and built teams from the ground up.
