David Huberman

David Huberman is the Chief Legal Officer at Code42 since June 2016, as well as a Founding Member of TechGC since February 2018. Prior to these roles, David served as the General Counsel at Rally Software from October 2013 to February 2016, and at Webroot Inc. from April 2006 to October 2013. With a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University, David has a strong foundation for their successful legal career.
