Kate Ringcodan (She/Her)

Kate Ringcodan has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2014, they worked as a Business English Trainer for Bibo Global Opportunity, providing one-on-one lessons to Japanese and Taiwanese students through Skype. In 2016, they joined VOIQ as an Outbound Customer Executive, participating in different outbound call campaigns. Kate also worked as a Freelance Outbound Customer Advocate, undergoing training to familiarize herself with the campaigns. In 2016, Kate co-founded CrewBloom, a company that helps businesses grow their development teams with remote professionals. As the Operations Manager, they managed all aspects of the business operations in the Philippines, including lead management, recruitment, and social media management.

Kate Ringcodan attended the University of the Philippines, where they pursued a degree, although the specific field of study is unknown. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Civil Service Eligibility certification in May 2015 from the Civil Service Commission.
