Ian Baines has held executive positions in the restaurant industry for several years. Ian served as President and CEO at UNO's from January 2013 to October 2014, followed by President and CEO at Cheddar's Casual Cafe from October 2014 to January 2020, and President and CEO at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza from January 2020 to November 2021. Ian then became the Chief Executive Officer at BurgerFi from November 2021 to July 2023.
