Tom Shropshire

Tom Shropshire is currently serving as the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Diageo plc, a global leader in beverage alcohol. Prior to their current role, Tom was a partner at Linklaters, where Tom eventually became the Global Head of the US Practice. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Southern California. In addition, Tom is also a Non-Executive Director at the Bank of England and a Member of the Board of Trustees at New York University School of Law.
