John E. Hayes III

John Hayes is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel with extensive experience in the legal field. With a background in accounting as well, John started their career as an Audit Staff Accountant at KPMG US before transitioning into law. Holding various associate and partner positions at law firms such as Ballard Spahr LLP, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, and Kirkland & Ellis, John eventually became the Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Coldwater Creek and currently holds the same position at DICK'S Sporting Goods. John obtained their JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
