Carolyn Herzog

Carolyn Herzog is a Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Elastic since May 2022. Carolyn has extensive experience in legal leadership roles, having served as EVP & General Counsel at Arm, Ltd., Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President at Symantec, and in various board positions such as with the Association of Corporate Counsel and BSA Business Software Alliance. Carolyn is also a Senior Fellow at the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley and a Charter Member of TechGC. Carolyn holds a JD in International Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in French Language and Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
