Marcy Axelrad

Marcy Axelrad is the Chief People Officer at Formlabs since October 2021. Prior to that, Marcy held various leadership positions at Wayfair from February 2011 to October 2021, including Global Head of Talent Management and Operations, Senior Director of Talent Management and Learning and Development, and Director of US Talent Management. Before their time at Wayfair, Marcy worked at CRIC Capital, LLC from January 2001 to February 2011, where Marcy served as the Managing Partner, General Counsel, and Chief People Officer. Marcy graduated from McGill University with a BA in Psychology and obtained their JD from Boston University School of Law.
