Shirley Paley is an experienced Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, with a background in managing legal functions, providing counsel on business ethics and compliance, negotiating agreements, and managing various aspects of intellectual property and litigation matters. Shirley has worked in various capacities at companies such as Formlabs, Catalant Technologies, Tamr Inc., Reputation Institute, Demandware (acquired by Salesforce), Sonus Networks, and Goodwin Procter LLP. Shirley holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a degree in Government and Psychology from Dartmouth College.
