Kedar Lele

Mr Kedar Lele (45) was appointed as the Executive Director, Customer Development for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) w.e.f July 1, 2021.

Kedar joined HUL in 2004 after completing his MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and holds a prior degree in advertising and brand management from MICA, Ahmedabad (1998).

Kedar is a well-rounded business leader with over two decades of experience covering General Management, Sales & Customer Development, FMCG Marketing, Internet companies and Advertising.

Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Customer Development, Kedar led Unilever Bangladesh Limited as Chairman and Managing Director and has been instrumental in delivering consistent, competitive, profitable and responsible growth while making a difference to the country and communities.
