James E. Daniel

James Daniel is the General Counsel at ICF, a global consulting and technology services provider. Prior to their current role, James served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Serco - North America and SI International, Inc. James also worked as the University Counsel at the University of Memphis and held a managerial role at Network Management Inc. James holds a J.D. from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a B.S. in Business, Finance, and Management from Virginia Tech.
