Scott Sherman currently holds the position of EVP Human Resources at Ingram Micro since May 2015. Prior to this, Scott worked at Allergan and Medtronic in various HR leadership roles. With a background in Industrial and Labor Relations, Scott has extensive experience in developing and implementing global talent acquisition and development programs, rationalizing rewards programs, and succession planning for senior leadership.
