Jeff Eggert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client care and operations within the software industry. Currently serving as the Client Care Director of Operations at InsightSoftware since July 2018, Jeff Eggert focuses on building and maintaining key client care metrics and reporting. Prior to this role, Jeff Eggert held various leadership positions at InsightSoftware, including Director of Professional Services and Manager of Professional Services, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership in sales and customer operations, establishing best practices, and overseeing a professional services team. Jeff Eggert began the career in consulting with The MASYC Group and has also held key roles in information systems management and financial analysis across different organizations. Jeff Eggert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA in Financial Management from Pepperdine University.
