Julia Harmange

Julia Harmange is a Customer Success Manager at insightsoftware since March 2023, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise customers. Previously, Julia contributed to the strategic growth of Aamu Partners Oy by creating the company's initial sales and marketing processes from October 2018 to March 2023. As a Key Account Manager at JS Suomi from October 2014 to October 2018, Julia consistently achieved a hit rate of 40-50% on agreements and was recognized as an excellent performer. Earlier roles included serving as a Front Office Clerk and Shift Supervisor at Scandic Hotels, along with various customer service positions across restaurants and hospitality from January 2007 to June 2011. Julia holds a Master of International Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University and a Master’s degree in International Business from RISEBA University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from JAMK University.
