Ruth Harper

As Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, Ruth Harper leads all aspects of Strategic Global Communications, Sustainability and Public Affairs across ManpowerGroup’s 75+ countries and family of brands – Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. She is responsible for ESG Strategy, execution of ManpowerGroup’s Working to Change the World Plan and the company’s commitments across all stakeholders.

Harper previously led Public Affairs, CSR and Communications in Europe representing the industry to advise government and business on the European labor market before being appointed Director Global Strategic Communications in 2015 and VP in 2017.

Harper is a sought-after expert on skills transformation, the future of work and for workers, and represents ManpowerGroup at the World Employment Confederation and World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Jobs and Skills and regularly participates in their Community for ESG Practitioners, Climate Leaders and Diversity and Inclusion Officers.
