Katherine Brennan

Brennan leads Marsh McLennan’s global legal, compliance and public relations departments, supporting four businesses: Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman. Brennan also continues her previous role in leading the company’s ESG efforts.

When Brennan joined Marsh and McLennan Companies in 2008, she was initially Senior Advisor to the President and Assistant Secretary. She then served as Guy Carpenter’s Legal Advisor in 2014 and as Deputy Legal Advisor and Corporate Secretary for S & P Global in 2015. Brennan returned to Marsh McLennan in 2017 as Deputy Legal Advisor, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance. She was an officer and then a corporate lawyer for Marsh LLC in 2021-her latest role.
