The board of directors at OpenText has a history of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and human resources. Many of the directors have worked as chief human resources officers or in similar positions at major pharmaceutical companies. They also have experience working in other industries, such as the chemical industry. The directors have received education from universities such as the University of Minnesota.
