Abbe Luersman has been working in the field of Human Resources for several years. Currently, Abbe serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Otis Elevator Co. Abbe's expertise in HR strategy and transformation has been evident throughout their career in various leadership roles. Abbe holds a Masters degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Miami University.
