Mary Carmen joined Pandora from a position as Global Vice President at Unilever. She has more than 20 years’ experience in growth and transformation as well as building and expanding consumer brands in categories such as fragrances, beauty & personal care, and women’s health. Mary Carmen has applied her skills at Unilever heading up the turnaround of the iconic brand Axe.

Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson is a Dominican Republic-born US-Spanish national. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
