Al Cook is currently the CMO at Plaid, overseeing various aspects including go-to-market strategy, brand, design, product marketing, growth, communications, and more. Additionally, Al serves as an Advisor at Observe.AI. Prior to this, Al held various leadership roles at Twilio Inc., including Vice President & General Manager for Artificial Intelligence and Twilio Flex. Al also has experience at Metaswitch Networks and Data Connection Ltd in product management, marketing, and engineering roles. Al's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
