Mark G. Spinks

Mark Spinks, 57, has been the President of Beauty Systems Group LLC since July 2015. Mr. Spinks previously held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with us. Mr. Spinks was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Beauty Systems Group LLC, a position he has served in beginning in September 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Spinks was the Vice President of Operations/GM for the Corporation’s Armstrong McCall franchise business, a position he held for five and a half years, and prior to that was the Director of Business Development for the Corporation for almost four years.
