Carly Jones

Carly Jones is currently the Head of People & Talent at Sourcegraph. Prior to this role, Carly held the title of VP, Talent at both SalesLoft and Xactly Corp. Carly has a strong background in talent acquisition and management, with awards such as the President's Club Award and Manager of the Year Award. Carly also has experience as a lacrosse coach and holds a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College.
