David Girard has extensive experience in the customer care and technical account management field, currently serving as Vice President - Global Customer Care and Technical Account Management at Talkdesk. Prior to that, David held various leadership roles at Genesys, including Vice President and Director positions. David also played key roles at Interactive Intelligence before it was acquired by Genesys. With a strong background in project management and professional services, David has consistently driven positive customer experiences and implemented innovative technologies to enhance capabilities. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications, Sales & Management and a Master of Science in Information & Communication from Ball State University.
