Timothy A. Massa

Tim Massa has an extensive background in Human Resources, particularly in talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and strategic business partnering. Tim has held various HR leadership positions at Procter & Gamble before taking on the role of Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Kroger. Tim is currently the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer there, overseeing all Talent Management areas within the company. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
