Rusty Smith

Rusty Smith has a vast amount of experience in various roles within the technology and software development industry. Currently serving as the President of the Justice Group at Tyler Technologies, Rusty has held several executive positions within the company including President of the Courts & Justice Division and General Manager of Civic Services. Prior to joining Tyler Technologies, Rusty worked as a Software Developer at Plains Cotton Cooperative Association. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University and also completed the PLD21 program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
