Kirk Hourdajian

Kirk Hourdajian joined Vista Equity Partners in 2020. Mr. Hourdajian oversees Vista’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program, working with portfolio companies and deal teams to drive value creation initiatives that improve the environment, society, and business.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Hourdajian was Senior Advisor at TPG, where he led sustainability initiatives that drove measurable business results and impact investment opportunities. Prior to TPG, Mr. Hourdajian was Director, Sustainable Business Solutions at PwC, where he worked with leading corporations to help reduce costs and drive revenue through sustainability programs. Previously, Mr. Hourdajian worked for the Environmental Defense Fund where he built Carlyle’s first sustainability efforts.

Mr. Hourdajian also sits on the board of the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Impact Investing Initiative.
