Rafal Janik

Rafal Janik is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the field of data science, medical imaging, and computer vision. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Product, and Machine Learning Lead at Xanadu, Rafal previously worked as the Principal Data Scientist at Reply and the Lead Data Scientist at Adaxa Technologies. Prior to these roles, Rafal operated their own consulting business, Janik Scientific, focusing on medical imaging, computer vision, and data science. With a Master's Degree in Biophysics and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Guelph, Rafal also has experience as a Preclinical Imaging Manager and Research Physicist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
