Eventbrite adds two more women to its C-Suite, Coinbase loses its Chief Policy Officer, and Airbnb (finally) gets a new Chief Financial Officer to take the company public.

Last week, Carlos Ghosn was ousted as CEO of Renault and Chairman of Nissan. Ghosn is accused of concealing millions of dollars in personal income and using company assets for his own benefit.
