Kathleen Winters will join ADP as Chief Financial Officer on April 15, 2019, at which time Jan Siegmund will step down as CFO.
ADP's CEO Carlos Rodriques said in a statement: "I want to thank Jan Siegmund for his leadership and support over the years and his willingness to assist in the transition. Jan helped define our strategy and strengthen our financial performance to support our growth plans. We wish him well in his future endeavors."
Winters was previously CFO at MSCI where she served since May 2016. Prior to her tenure at MSCI, Ms. Winters served in increasingly senior financial roles at Honeywell International, Inc., from 2002 to 2016. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she served in various positions from 1989 to 2001.
She will report directly to Carlos Rodriguez, ADP's Chief Executive Officer, and lead the global finance organization.
