International investment management firm Barings has announced the appointment of Steve Boehm as Chief Operations Officer. As COO, Boehm will oversee Barings strategy for making technology-driven operations a sustainable growth source for the company. He will lead a global team of technology and operations professionals that will look to improve the firm's customer experience and technology partnerships. As a member of the firm's Executive Leadership Team, Boehm will report directly to company President Mike Freno.

Boehm brings more than 20 years of financial, technology, and fintech experience to the Executive Leadership Team at Barings. He most recently served as the SVP and COO at AvidXchange and previously served in senior roles at eBay and Wells Fargo.
