Digital service and IT provider Catapult Systems has promoted current president, Terri Burmeister, to Chief Executive Officer effective June 1st, 2020. Burmeister, has been with Catapult Systems for nearly 13 years, starting off as the General Manager for their Florida business in 2007. She will become the companies third CEO in its 26-year history and first female to take the helm.

"I am humbled by the confidence that Catapult has shown in my leadership abilities and am thrilled to be part of this amazing team," said Burmeister. "The world has been forever changed, seemingly overnight, with the need to do business, and life, remotely. I am proud of how Catapult rose to the challenge of helping our customers in the immediate crisis, and excited to lead us, in close partnership with Microsoft, through the coming wave of change to the future of work."

During her time at Catapult, Burmeister has shown great resolve, leading the company through a restructuring in 2019 and now the current COVID-19 pandemic. She has also been instrumental in forming longterm strategic growth partnerships with organizations such as Microsoft during her tenure.

In her new role, Burmeister will manage the C-level team at Catapult and also oversee corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, business development, and U.S. operations.
