Convene welcomes Amy Pooser as Chief People Officer

Convene, the leading partner for commercial landlords in managing premium meeting and workplace solutions, has announced the hiring of Amy Pooser as the company’s first Chief People Officer. Pooser will be responsible for people and culture infrastructure while supporting the executive team on various strategic business initiatives. She will report to Convene CEO and Co-Founder Ryan Simonetti.

Pooser is also the Founder of New Fashioned, a consulting firm that delivers coaching, consulting, advisory, and leadership search services that benefit notable PE/VC-backed growth companies and their boards. Prior to founding New Fashioned, she was on the founding team and an executive at athenahealth and a principal at Oxeon Partners. Pooser lives in Northern Virginia with her partner Jim and their children.
