Dunkin' Brands, the parent company of Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins, has announced the appointment of David Mann as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Mann was previously Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Marriott International where he lead a number of acquisitions including the company's landmark $13 billion acquisition of Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2016.

"I am pleased to welcome David Mann to Dunkin' Brands and our leadership team," said Dave Hoffmann, Dunkin' Brands CEO and Dunkin' U.S. President. "A seasoned legal executive with extensive global management experience, David's legal acumen, dedication to talent development and deep understanding of the franchised business model will be invaluable to us as we continue to drive our brands forward around the world."

Mann will serve on the company's leadership team where he replaces Rich Emmett, who is retiring as Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer.
