Alan Graf stepped down as CFO of FedEx on Tuesday. Mike Lenz, who has been with the company since 2005, replaced him. Graf will remain as executive VP and senior adviser until the end of the year to guide the transition.
Ying Huang became interim CEO of global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Legend Biotech on Wednesday, taking over from Dr. Fangliang Zhang. Huang will also continue in his role of Chief Financial Officer.
Ideanomics launched the Medici Motor Works research and development institute on Wednesday, with Dr. Liqing Hu as its leader and Chief Scientist. Dr. Hu previously worked for Ballard Power Systems in Canada.

Bruce Morin was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer at Canadian transportation company Day & Ross on Wednesday. Morin has been with the company for 28 years.
