E*TRADE Financial has named Alice Milligan as Chief Customer Officer where she will oversee retail products, the digital customer experience, and marketing. Milligan most recently served as the Chief Digital Client Experience Officer for Citibank’s North America Consumer Bank.
Ms. Milligan started her career at American Express, rising through the ranks to become the Senior Vice President of American Express Interactive. In this role, she was responsible for strategy, planning, and delivery of American Express Digital, including web, mobile, social, eCommunications, and emerging channels. Ms. Milligan has a Master of Arts from Seton Hall University and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the College of St. Elizabeth.
