HubSpot announced that Yamini Rangan will be joining the company in the newly-created role of chief customer officer. She will be tasked with uniting the marketing, sales and services team, and be a key member of HubSpot’s executive leadership team. Prior to joining HubSpot, Rangan was the chief customer officer of Dropbox for four years, and before that, she was the vice president of business strategy and operations at Workday for just over four years. Rangan was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business 2019 by San Francisco Business Times.
