Khoros Names Software Sales Veteran Staci Satterwhite as Chief Customer Officer

Leading digital care, online community management, and social media marketing software provider Khoros has named Staci Satterwhite as its new chief customer officer (CCO). In her new role, Satterwhite will report directly to Khoros CEO Jack Blaha and be responsible for the company's customer organization team.

Satterwhite brings over 25 years of experience to the Khoros leadership team. She most recently worked at IBM, where she led a worldwide digital engagements sales team. Prior to her role at IBM, Satterwhite also served in sales leadership roles at Dell and Microsoft. In addition to her sales leadership background, Satterwhite also brings the experience of completing two IPO’s and one Private Equity exit to the executive team at Khoros.
