Lime has made two new high-profile executive hires bringing on Ted Tobiason as the company's first Chief Financial Officer and Nancy Lee as Chief Human Ressources Officer. The scooter startup has recruited several notable executives in the past year including hiring Duke Stumpf from Lululemon as Chief Marketing Officer.
Tobiason was previously Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he helped Uber raise more than $10 billion according to Bloomberg and it looks like Lime will be puruing a similar strategy. Lime recently closed a $310 million round led by Bain Capital Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Fidelity Ventures, GV and IVP.
Lee was previously Head of Diversity at Google until she retired from the company in December 2016. She is now coming out of retirement to help Lime attract more talent from competing transporation tech companies.
